Commercial

Our subcontractor will provide all necessary labor, G.L insurance, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure the prompt and efficient execution of the work required. This includes skilled and unskilled labor, adhering strictly to all project specifications and requirements.

Additions and Renovations

All workmanship and materials will comply with pertinent state and local codes and regulations, including manufacturer specifications.

Supervision and Meetings

The subcontractor will provide constant supervision either personally or through an authorized and competent representative to the satisfaction of the General Contractor. Daily documentation is provided upon request and access to Procore is welcome and encouraged.

Material and Equipment Responsibilities

All materials required for the subcontractor's work are their responsibility. Prior approval in writing is required for reimbursement.
All rentals are the responsibility of the subcontractor. Prior approval in writing is required for reimbursement.
All hand tools, power tools, and consumables (bits, saws, blades, etc.) are the responsibility of the subcontractor. Prior approval in writing is required for reimbursement.
Cleaning tools and supplies are not provided. All costs for these items are the subcontractor's responsibility.
Only manufacturer-recommended solvents/cleaners should be used to avoid voiding warranties. Confirmation from the General Contractor is required if unsure.
